Educational Qualification NABARD Grade A Recruitment

General:-

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% (SC/ ST/ PWBD candidates – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree, MBA/ PGDM with a minimum of 55% (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate OR CA/ CS/ ICWA OR Ph.D from GOI/ UGC accredited institutions.

     Computer / Information Technology:-

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology with 60% marks in aggregate (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants 55%) OR Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology with 55% marks in aggregate (SC/ ST/ PWBD applicants 50%) from a recognized University/ Institution.

     Finance:-

  1. BBA (Finance/ Banking) / BMS (Finance/ Banking) with 60% aggregate marks (SC/ ST/ PWBD candidates – 55%) from GoI / UGC accredited Universities / Institutions OR
  2. Two years full-time P.G. Diploma in Management (Finance) / Full-time MBA (Finance) / MMS (Finance) degree with 55% marks in aggregate (SC/ ST/ PWBD candidates – 50%) with Bachelor’s Degree in any subject. Candidates must produce a certificate from a university/institution indicating their concentration in finance OR
  3. Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis with 60% (SC/ ST/ PWBD candidates – 55%) in aggregate from a GoI/UGC approved university/institution OR
  4. A bachelor’s degree in any field and membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) OR the CFA Institute are required. Membership in the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ACMA/ FCMA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICWA) must have been attained on or before 01-09-2023. Membership in the ICAI must have been gained on or before September 1, 2023.

     Company Secretary:-

  1. Associate membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution. ICSI membership must be obtained on or before September 1, 2023.

     Civil Engineering:-

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% (SC/ PWBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 55% (SC/ PWBD applicants – 50%) in aggregate.

     Electrical Engineering:-
